The tour starts in Los Angeles/Santa Monica on Saturday, June 14, 2026 and ends in Washington, DC on Saturday, July 11, 2026 (the start and end day has changed to one day later for both than originally offered) with a flight back to Los Angeles or other select airports.

Application available for the 28 day Train Tour. The tour cost of $4,150 includes a rolling train duffle bag, 2 t-shirts, admissions to various venues, local transportation, tour administration / chaperones, return flight from DC, and Amtrak tickets. Tour also includes approximately 40 meals, but that leaves 40 meals not covered. We suggest each student have $500 to $750 to pay for those uncovered meals.

You will be invoiced for the $1,000 ($1,030 if paid by credit card or PayPal) deposit from QuickBooks Online due upon acceptance of the Train Tour Application. The tour costs $4,150 and the balance of $3,150 will be due March 1, 2026. If a credit card is used for the final payment a 3% fee will be added to the invoice.
